Project Purmerend, Koemarkt

The Koemarkt (cow market) in Purmerend has been reorganized based on a design by MTD landscape architects from t Hertogenbosch. In the past, there were cows on this square, arranged in lines, waiting for a new owner. To envisage the history of this square within the design, we have chosen to equip the tree grids with cow legs, as if the cows were just standing in them.
